I have dealt with a diagnosis of Achilles tendonitis for 3 years. I have been in and out of physical therapy and doctors to treat my heel. It has always felt better and then within months of trying any form of exercise I would end up back in therapy. I lost my love for fitness and working out. I was skeptical, but went to see Dr. Shaffer. He not only thought I had Achilles tendonitis, but plantar fasciitis as well, which no other doctor caught. He treated my foot and heel. Since seeing him I have been able to get back into an exercise routine and have lost 36 pounds. I even managed to run a 5k and win the award in my age division. Thank you for making my foot feel so much better! I had gotten so used to the pain and hobbling around, I didn�t know what it would feel like without any pain.

I met Dr. Shaffer in November 2006. At the time, I had been under chiropractic care for a neck injury that I had received in July 2006. I was receiving no relief from the pain I was experiencing after four months of care from another chiropractor. I decided to seek out help from Dr. Shaffer right away. After two and a half weeks of treatment with Dr. Shaffer, I started feeling better. After about four weeks, I was pain free! Due to a long prolonged lower back injury I was experiencing tremendous pain which inhibited me from moving and exercising with ease.
