Patient's Page
This page is to explain the process of accessing the information that is specifically for patients of NOVA spine & injury center. On this page you will be able to find videos that explain the exercises that you have been given for home use, used in the office, or to order nutritional suppliments. Here are the steps needed to log-on:
1. Click on the picture below to access the log on page.
2. Enter the user name and password that was given to you by Dr. Shaffer.
3. Scroll down the page and near the bottom on the left there is a heading titled "Registered User Menu" and beneath this there is a link that says "Your Private Pages". Click on this link.
4. Click on the Patient's Page link.
